Arangetram Dos and Don'ts :)

I'll update this page as I go along with all the tips I learn. :)

1) Practice, practice, PRACTICE! 60-90 minutes PER DAY! Soooooo important!
2) If sick, rest. It is better to miss one practice because you're not feeling well than to miss a week of practice because you made it worse by practicing. Sorry, that was kinda confusing. Important thing is, don't push yourself to hard or you could get hurt.
3) All practices should have a beginning, middle, and end. It builds stamina and allows you to get used to the format of a performance. On that note, practice walking on and off the stage with every item. Also, gradually increase the intensity of each practice to build stamina.
